Dated back to the 16th Century, this natural stone house is surrounded by fields and has unobstructed views up to the Tramuntana mountain range. Highly recommended for one or two families, this villa is in a quiet and private spot. After getting up in the morning, wake up with an exterior shower and do some morning sport, swimming in the pool. The only sound you'll hear are the birds singing. The 6 x 4 meters chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1 to 1.8 meters overlooks the fields. The garden has shady and sunny corners, ideal for sunbathing on one of the 7 sun loungers or having a picnic. The spacious terrace is paved with stones. There, you may enjoy a barbecue, share a bottle of wine with friends or play with your kids. Besides, there's a second, independent shower bath outside. The plot is partly fenced and there are no neighbours around. Indoors, this two storey house is very rustic including wooden beams, stone walls and an old oil mill. When entering, the dining room with a big table is a lovely place to have great family dinners. The living room offers some books, a CD and a DVD player, a TV with satellite channels (only German channels) and has access to the terrace. The kitchen still conserves the kitchen sink made of stone and the original tiled floor.
