Seafront Can Barcares enjoys an exceptional frontline position overlooking the Bay of Pollensa, where the shimmering sea can be admired from the private pool, raised terrace and inviting gardens framed by palms and Mediterranean plants. The partially shaded terrace is ideal for long alfresco meals, complemented by a brick barbecue set to one side of the lawn, all just steps from the water’s edge.
This generous two-storey residence accommodates up to twelve guests. The ground floor features a bright lounge and dining area with large patio doors opening onto the covered terrace, along with a fully equipped separate kitchen. Three bedrooms are located on this level – one double and two twins – sharing two full bathrooms.
The upper floor mirrors the home’s spacious layout, offering a further double bedroom and two twin bedrooms sharing two additional full bathrooms. A second fitted kitchen provides added convenience for larger groups, and the balcony terrace offers impressive views stretching across the bay and towards the surrounding mountains. All six bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning units.
A large swimming pool sits to the side of the property alongside a sunbathing area and small garden, creating further space for relaxation. The location is truly outstanding: the sea is only a few metres away, and both Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa are reachable within a short drive.
All mandatory services are included, such as bed linen changed weekly, towels refreshed every five days, final cleaning and complimentary Wi-Fi. Optional extras available on request include air conditioning charged per booking, a second cot (€50 per booking) and a second highchair (€40 per booking).
