Beautiful property located in the countryside in Santa Margalida which offers views of the mountains and the village and accommodates 6 people.
At the rear of the house there is a fantastic chlorinated 10 x 5 m pool with a depth ranging from 1.20 m to 1.80 m. The garden has one paved surface of 150 m² and a lawn of 300 m². The furnished porch of 35 m² is perfect for enjoying lunch and dinner with your loved ones. The fixed barbecue is situated near the pool area. Around the pool there are six deck-chairs where you can relax while sunbathing. The privacy of this property is partial. There is parking space for up to three vehicles and solar wafers on the roof. In the living-dining room you can watch satellite TV, read or share endless table-talks with family and friends. The separate kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including a gas cooker. The utility room has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are two bathrooms, both with shower, and three bedrooms: one double-bedded and two twin-bedded, all with closets. The house is equipped with three fans and central heating.This fantastic cottage is located just 1.5 km away from the town of Santa Margalida, where a market is held on Tuesdays from 8.00 am to 1.00 pm and where you can find a wide range of local products. Just 10 km away, there is the beautiful beach of "Ses Casetes des Capellans" with crystal clear water and white sand.
