Following a lovely renovation at the start of 2018, "Villa Redonda", as it was previously listed in our portfolio, has been converted into two houses for two people each – "Redondo Uno" and "Redonda Dos" – each with a separate entrance as well as two private terraces. They are located on a beautiful estate with stunning views and are surrounded by young olive and citrus trees, as well as lavender and oleander groves – all in a natural Mediterranean environment at the edge of a nature reserve. Modern alternative energy production (photovoltaics and wind power) with self-supply and disposal allow the estate to be managed in a natural environment without compromising on modern comforts. As you drive toward the estate, you will find oleander and lavender groves planted on each side of the tarred driveway, and you will notice the typical Mediterranean style of the old villa landscape as soon as you arrive. The impressive building in which the villa apartment "Arco" is also located, as well as Villa "Redonda Dos", is surrounded by well-maintained terraces (two of which belong to your holiday home), which are furnished with high-quality items such as teak furniture, and offer a wonderfully idyllic backdrop for long hours of outdoor relaxation. A huge, illuminated pool with a large, surrounding lounge area will invite you to unwind and offers splendid refreshment on hot days. It measures 12 x 4 m and has plenty of deckchairs and parasols for shared use. This ecologically managed holiday home is ideal for people who would like to spend an independent and idyllic time in Mallorca whilst enjoying nature and life at a 400-year old villa apartment. "Toni" the donkey lives on the premises and is a particular joy for children.
The "Redonda Uno" is a modern holiday villa apartment with minimalist design tailored to the needs of nature-lovers and modern travelers alike. Two guests will find plenty of space at the house for rest and relaxation over 55 m² of living space. Traditional exposed beam ceilings, beautiful floor tiles, light walls, and wooden windows exude a cheerful and pleasant atmosphere throughout the inside of the building. Individual pieces such as the teak dining table or the Bassetti bedspreads emphasise the high quality of the interior. There is a fast WIFI connection so you can stay in contact with loved ones back home, as well as a DVD player with a flatscreen TV for cosy cinema evenings.
