**Situated in the residential area known as Aigua Gelida, this newly constructed villa offers an elegant and spacious accommodation, with a modern, stylish design. Given its south facing orientation, the villa is bathed by the sun all day long. It has a nice view to the mountains and a magnificent private pool surrounded by a grass garden. A little paradise to spend a splendid vacation**!
The house is distributed over two levels:
The lower floor (on garden level), includes a large sunny living and dining room, with a fireplace, where you can enjoy the comfort of the house. The living room has large windows and direct access to a wonderful terrace, perfectly furnished for maximum outdoor enjoyment. From the terrace you can directly access the marvelous pool, surrounded by grass and equipped with sun loungers to sunbathe or relax. Next to the dining room, there is a large kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances, separated from the dining room by a sliding door. In this floor you will also find a shower room.
The staircase will lead you to the night area, on the first floor. The night area includes two suite rooms with a double bed and a private bathroom with a tub each, two twin rooms, a room with a sofa bed for two people, and a shower room. Both suite rooms and one of the twins have access to a great terrace overlooking the pool and the garden.
