Beautifully presented bijou villa in a lovely quiet corner of the up market Mazarron Country Club, a secure and well maintained gated community just 15 mins drive from a breath-taking coastline and the lovely unspoilt resorts of Bolnuevo and Puerto Mazarron with its small harbour surrounded by a selection of bars, restaurants, cocktail bars and sophisticated night clubs.
Sleeps 4 adults: double bed and a large comfy sofa bed for 2.
The open plan lounge is beautifully furnished with large contemporary chandeliers, large flat screen tv(Internet TV only in English) Wi-Fi, and sleeps 2 on a large comfortable corner sofa bed.
French doors open out from the lounge looking directly over the pool and mountain beyond.
The open plan kitchen is again well appointed with views of the pool and mountain and is well equipped with all of the necessary amenities .
There is a small but lovely double bedroom with large ceiling fan, Air conditioning unit and views of the pool and mountain.
To the rear of the property is the annex, this room houses a single bed washing with ceiling fan. This room also accommodates the washing machine.
Also to the rear of the property steps lead up to a elevated sun terrace with small bistro table overlooking magnificent panoramic views across the mountain range approximately 20ft above ground level.
To the front of the property around the Private Pool is a large dining table and luxurious seating area for alfresco dining,
The Private pool has a Jacuzzi step which has 10 jets, and lighting for relaxing evenings around the pool.
There is a tall locking gate and high screening keeping the pool and terrace very private.
There are 4 comfortable sun loungers around the pool.
There is a communal pool/lido with bar and tennis court within a short stroll (300m)
Small Dogs are allowed but not on the furniture and beds and are charged at €10 each for the visit, this is payable upon arrival to the Key Holder/Cleaner.
This really is a very pretty tranquil house and tastefully decorated. It is very private and command's probably the best views on the country club, directly facing the mountain at the front and the rear terrace is the highest point on the country club commanding stunning panoramic views over the urbanisation to the mountain basin beyond.
