Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: As this property is on a university campus, it is huge and spacious. Male staff is particularly very helpful. Most females did not know English but always happy to help. Kitchen and gym facilities are nice but take note, this is the university campus so students all around. They are great kids and very helpful when you need to ask anything related to routes, buses etc. Overall, great place!

Negative: Location is NOT in the city center of Granada. Bus # 8 and #U3 go to the city center from this property. The staff needs to be very well-versed with the buses that go to the city center when guiding tourists. Most of their target customer is students so I understand. The vending machine in the kitchen is good for those who want to grab a quick snacks/drink. The kitchen should have basic cutlery though as travelers don't bring cutlery all the time.

Summary: Excellent property AWAY from noisy city center. Here you enjoy good company of students on campus
