Situated within an exclusive block overlooking the Puerto Portals Marina. The pool and tennis court are well maintained. Sunbeds and parasols are provided around the pool. There is also a bbq area. The terrace in the apartment is large and is accessed from the lounge and the main bedroom with superb views of the yachts in the port and views of the coast and the bay of Palma. Close to some of the best restaurants, shops and people watching on the island. The terrace is private with a dining table and chairs and terrace furniture.
