Perdiu Vell Petit is a great addition to our collection of authentic Mallorcan fincas and offers traditional accommodation lying in the peaceful Pollensa countryside.
For golfers, it's just a short drive of less than a mile to the Pollensa Golf Club whilst Pollensa town itself is just a little further. The beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa are 10 minutes by car and the livelier beach resort of Alcudia, with its many bars, restaurants, shops and water park is within 20 minutes by car.
The house itself is spacious and welcoming, with exposed stone walls and beamed ceilings throughout. Two of the bedrooms, a double and a twin, are in the main house while there is a further twin with bathroom in the annex.
The lovely swimming pool is surrounded by lawn and is only overlooked by the adjacent barbecue terrace. All bedroom and bathroom linen is included. Bath towels are also provided. This property comes with Free Wi-Fi, Free Air Conditioning, Free Cots, Free Highchairs.
