Our Finca is a spectacular, elegant holiday finca equipped with six bedrooms, five bathrooms and two living rooms and offers the comforts for a real wellness holiday. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with bathroom en suite, two living rooms (a small one with air conditioning and Sat Tv.) The large kitchen with comfortable dining table and a separate dining room. All rooms (except the bedroom) have a direct exit to the covered terrace and the garden. Via a large staircase you can easily reach the first floor.
Here are 3 bright, friendly bedrooms with double beds and each with private bathroom en suite. (Main bedroom also with air conditioning and dressing room) as well as 2 further bedrooms with 2 single beds.
These two bedrooms share another beautiful bathroom with floor-level shower. A higlight of the finca is however the spectacular pool area! A beautiful 100 m2! Pool, a large covered dining table, a BBQ as well as cozy sofas and lots of sunbathing.
Walk out of the door and you can begin the walks through the surroundings of Artà. And the natural space has a lot to offer. Eight mountains belong to the community and give a home to many plants and animals. With a bit of luck you might even catch a glimpse of a peregrine falcon. Fabulous 400 hectares of this natural landscape belong to the property The holiday home is divided into a huge property with only one other house where the farmers live but which is completely isolated. Thus, peace, seclusion and absolute privacy are guaranteed.
