Las Terrazas II complex is located in one of the most beautiful parts of the south of the Tenerife, a few steps from the main entrance of the largest natural beach in Tenerife - La Tejita beach, over 1 km in length. The complex is completely new. Finished in November 2018. A quiet place to spend time with your family.
A nice shopping centre where local people prefer to spend evenings drinking a good coffee or mojito is just 3 minutes walk away.
Kitesurfing spot is just 2 minutes drive away and you can wash your kites on the sun terrace.
La Tejita is a perfect environment for practicing sports: Windsurfing, Kite surfing, Golf, Diving, Horses, Hiking, Cycling, etc.
Apartment is very close to the airport but far enough away not to be disturbed by aircraft noise.

Sotavento is an area of new residential complexes located between the fishing village of Los Abrigos and the town of El Medano, nearby the natural sand beach of La Tejita which is a part of Montana Roja National Park. There is a famous El Medano beach on the east side of the mountain which is considered to be the best place for windsurfing and kitesurfing: there are the annual world championships under the authority of PWA. Magnificent landscapes, especially sunsets, carefully preserved nature, clean ocean - all these things will fulfill your holiday away from the tourist center vanity. There is a new shopping center with a supermarket and a wide choice of restaurants and cafes has been built in the center of the area. There are also many shops and a hairdresser in the shopping center. There is a small park with a playground nearby. The neighboring Los Abrigos, which is 5 minutes away, is famous for its fish restaurants with a rich choice of fresh seafood.
