This lovely family villa, located in a private gated golf resort has been appointed beautifully inside. It is situated on a quiet road with views over the 13th tee on San Roque Golf Resort. It is ideal for those looking for peaceful surroundings in a comfortable, relaxing and private setting, yet still only 5-10 mins drive from the beach and 10 mins drive from upmarket marina at Sotogrande where there is a wealth of outstanding restaurants and bars to choose from.
For your comfort, the house has heating/new air-conditioning in all rooms, bedroom fan and a wealth of modern conveniences. There is plenty of room to relax with 3 private terraces and an established garden. The wonderful aspect provides sunshine from sunrise to sunset, with the bonus of a ground floor covered terrace for those wishing to relax out of the sun.
On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with adjoining bathroom, a beautifully appointed dual-aspect lounge/dining room with direct access to the terrace and a well equipped kitchen. There is also dining table on the ground floor terrace for that all-important Al fresco dining!
On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms. The master which has a lovely large terrace and an en-suite bathroom, another large double with a terrace and en-suite and a further triple room with an en-suite bathroom.
There is a very large roof terrace for enjoying the sun or fabulous evening sunset views with a chilled glass of wine.
The very pretty garden has a pool with stepped entry ranging from 1m to 2m in depth. There are 6 sun loungers and a BBQ also provided. There is plenty of driveway parking available and wonderful mountain views in this peaceful location.
The San Roque Golf Resort Clubhouse is within walking distance for lunch, dinner or drinks overlooking the golf course. There is also a mini-mart, Italian restaurant Indian restaurant and cafe prior to the San Roque resort entrance. 2 leading 18 hole golf courses are on the doorstep and close by are many of the top courses in the world. A car is recommended.
A welcome pack is provided, linen and towels are changed every 7 days. Mid-term clean for 14 day stays. More regular cleaning can be arranged at cost with our property manager.
The villa is available for stays of 3 nights or more, with a minimum of 7 nights in summer season. Changeover day flexible. For any other specific requests please feel free to get in touch as we will be flexible wherever we can.
