The space
Located in an exclusive private residential complex of only 15 villas, this property is situated in a unique enclave on the shores of the coast of Almuñécar, also very close to its historic center.

On this same floor there is a second bedroom with queen size bed, en suite bathroom, views of the Mediterranean and direct access to the terrace.
The lower floor has two spacious guest bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two single beds. Both share a full bathroom and have access to a private 10 m² terrace, offering an additional outdoor space to enjoy in peace.
