The newly built luxury finca with modern, high-quality furnishings is located between Felanitx and Portocolom. In addition to a lot of comfort, it also offers a large pool and a beautiful panoramic view to the sea. Here no wishes remain unfulfilled.
Ground floor:
Here, behind the spacious entrance area, is the very well-equipped, open kitchen with a cooking island and two refrigerators and freezers, right next to it is the dining room with a large table for 12 people. On this floor there are two bedrooms with box-spring beds (180 cm x 200 cm) and each with a spacious en-suite shower bathroom. In the living area, you can relax on the large sofas in front of the TV or in the spatially separated reading corner with comfortable armchairs.
Upper floor:
In the entrance area, a staircase leads to the upper floor, where four more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (two with showers and two with bathtubs) are located, all equipped with comfortable box-spring beds. Three of the rooms have access to a roof terrace, from which you can beautifully observe the sunrise. The holiday home is equipped with air conditioning in all living and sleeping areas and underfloor heating.
Outdoor area:
Mediterranean trees and bushes surround the finca. The garden is beautifully landscaped with flowers, palm trees and a lawn in front of the holiday home and around the pool. The covered terrace with dining table and gas grill invites you to enjoy meals outdoors. You have a direct view of the heated pool, which is illuminated at night.
Pool:
15 m x 4 m, depth: 95 -160 cm, stair entry, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor shower at the pool, cleaning with chlorine.
Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. On the day of arrival, luggage can be stored from 12 pm on request. The minimum stay is 7 nights during the high season (01.05-30.09) and 4 nights during the low season. A surcharge will be charged for bookings below the minimum stay.
Additional costs:
A deposit of €3,000 must be transferred four weeks before arrival, for events a deposit of €5,000 must be paid. Larger events are possible, depending on the number of guests and duration, a surcharge of €1,500-€5,000 will be charged (maximum 25 additional guests), the exact amount on request. The 1st and 2nd baby set (cot & highchair) is free, baby: 0-24 months. An additional baby set can be provided on request (€50/set/night). The tourist tax is included in the price.
Cleaning:
Includes final cleaning, includes intermediate cleaning for stays of 10 days or more. Additional cleaning on request (€200 / cleaning 6h and bed linen change €22/ room). Additional bed linen and towels available on request (€30/set). The service is to be paid in cash on site.
Extras:
Internet (Starlink and LTE/4G WIFI), pool towels (not for the beach), volleyball court with sand, Bose Bluetooth speakers and a mobile outdoor speaker, safe, beach volleyball court, mobile gas grill, carport for 2 vehicles, Krups 20-cup filter coffee machine (20 cups) and Siemens bean coffee machine.
