The modern new luxury villa ¨AQUAleo¨ with more than 200m2 of living space presents itself as an architecturally minimalist holiday home which combines the highest level of living comfort with a quiet location and spectacular views to the Atlantic Ocean, La Gomera and the coast of Costa Adeje. Every evening you can enjoy the most amazing sunset. This unique house is furnished with high quality designer furniture. There is an 85' Smart TV in the living room and a 55' Smart TV in each of the bedrooms.
On the lower level there is the spacious living and dining area with an open life style brand kitchen, a guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the large terrace and a guest bathroom. The living area is connected to the over 200m2 outdoor area via floor-to-ceiling, wide-opening windows. This smooth transition creates a generous spatial concept and feeling that conveys a typical Canarian lifestyle. The outdoor area is bordered on two sides by small subtropical gardens and towards the ocean by a fantastic, heated infinity pool measuring 15x4m (optional service). Furthermore, the outdoor area is structured into relaxation zones, a dining area with barbecue corner and a chill-out zone. The high-quality, sensor-controlled awnings provide the necessary shade and are even illuminated to provide atmospheric lighting for the corresponding areas on warm evenings.
The kitchen is fully equipped to an extremely high standard and leaves nothing to be desired.
The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing room is on the upper floor. The bathroom is very spacious and not only the bathtub offers the most wonderful sea views. Another guest bedroom is also on this floor. Both bedrooms have access to the upper terrace, also via floor-to-ceiling windows.
