We offer you a fantastic apartment of 110 square meters. This apartment provides a spectacular sense of space and light, with elegant parquet flooring throughout. The open-plan American kitchen and large living room create a unique 48-square-meter space. The living room is especially bright thanks to its six-meter-wide windows. The new, design-style kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave grill, Italian coffee maker, toaster, and all the crockery and utensils you may need.
The living room includes all amenities: a 25-inch satellite TV, CD/radio, a comfortable sofa, and two armchairs. The apartment has three spacious bedrooms — one suite (with a double bed and private bathroom) and two additional rooms with twin beds (each equipped with a wardrobe). There are two bathrooms: one en suite and another shared by the other two bedrooms, both featuring showers.
A free baby cot is available upon request. At the start of your stay, we provide clean towels and bed linens. The apartment is cleaned weekly (more frequent cleaning available on request). All utilities are included in the price (water and electricity). The building is equipped with a lift.
The location is excellent and very central — just a five-minute walk from the famous Sagrada Familia, Gaudí’s renowned cathedral in the heart of Barcelona. Avenue Gaudí, only a five-minute walk away, is a charming pedestrian avenue popular among locals, filled with restaurants and terraces where you can enjoy a drink while admiring the cathedral’s night illumination — an unforgettable sight.
