Approximately 30 km east of Malaga, the property sits amidst farmland between Vélez-Málaga, Arenas, and Algarrobo, slightly above the coastline (at an altitude of 380 m, with a 2,000-meter-high mountain range). It offers breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, towns, (white) villages, and of course, the sea, sometimes even as far as Africa (200 km) and Gibraltar (150 km). The location is exceptionally peaceful and only about 5 km as the crow flies from the beaches.
The holiday apartment has a separate entrance. Within its 50 m², it comprises a hallway, kitchen, bedroom, dining and living room, bathroom, and a private terrace. A parking space directly in front of the apartment is also included.
