Positive: Location and parking. - Exceptional location and easy on and off property parking. - Excellent access to the nicest stretch of Alcudia beach. It is beautiful! - Fantastic restaurant in next block to the east.

Negative: Equipment. - I chose to go shopping for sufficient less noisy bedroom fans and missing kitchen equipment to improve the comfort and enjoyment of our stay. - Bedrooms need the option of air-conditioning for high season. The 2 oscillating fans provided for 3 bedrooms are insufficient, cheap and noisy. - Kitchen equipment and utensils are incomplete for enjoyable self catering. No chopping boards or decent knives found. - No plastic utensils to use with non stick pans. - No burner position or heat level markings on cooker hob which easily leads to confusion and burns. Condition of the property. - The photos used to market the property are misleading. - exterior soft furnishings shown in marketing photos are either heavily sun damaged or missing. - Plaster and paint blistering off the walls in all none tiled rooms. - Beds are antiquated and need more comfortable matesses. - WiFi unreliable. Drops out at random times which makes streaming on the TV impossible. Privacy. - the property description should inform customers that there is a motion detecting cctv camera monitoring the main living room. We have nothing to hide but we didn't feel comfortable using this important family area of the property as a result. Communication and response to my requests. - I was disappointed that the rental agency never replied to a request I made on the first day in the property. This concerned replacement of a long broken clothes drying horse which would have been very very useful on the rainy days. As a result, I never bothered to contact them again as I felt I would be wasting my time. Local wildlife. Insects are only to be expected in the Mediterranean but the variety was interesting. Cockroach count - 3 in 15 days. Mosquitoes - Fewer than most places I've rented further towards the town..
