Summary: ONLINE CHECK IN DID NOT GO SMOOTHLY OR TIMELY. NOT FOR ME. NOT FOR MY SISTER. BOTH BOOKINGS WERE NOT FOLLOWED UP SOON ENOUGH. COMMUNICATION OF PROCESS WAS POOR. WORTH NOTING: AIR FRESHENER WAS SO STRONG IT WAS IRRITATING. I PREFER NO CHEMICALS IN MY ROOM. NO SPRAYS. JUST CLEAN. LIKED BUILDING & ROOM.
