Positive: The staff were lovely and very welcoming. A special thanks to Mira (our apologies if we got the spelling of her name wrong) for all her help and attention. Our room was large and clean, and cleaned every day. There were plenty of towels, soap, shower gel and toilet paper. There was also a glassed~in balcony with a table and chairs and the windows could be opened wide. There were tea-making facilities,, with a full-sized kettle and real cups. Tea bags and sugar were also provided. We had booked Bed and Breakfast and the breakfast facilities were excellent, with a generous supply of fresh bread, rolls and croissants, and a toaster. They have good selection of fruit juices, cereals, milks, meats, cheese, pancakes, cake, etc., A hot breakfast could be provided, if needed. The omelettes were really lovely. The hotel is very central with plenty of shops. It is not far to the bus station if anyone wanted a day out and plenty of taxis if needed.

Negative: The only problem we had was the cups provided were more like tea/coffee bowls and had no handles. We found them difficult to use with hot drinks, so we bought a couple of cups with handles. It wasn't a big problem.

Summary: The hotel is central to everywhere whether eating out or shopping. We would come back to this hotel
