The space
Exclusive residential complex made up of only 15 villas, located in a unique enclave on the shores of the coast of Almuñécar and very close to its charming historic center. Located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the area, with crystal-clear waters and blue flag status, this avant-garde villa stands out for its open and natural architecture: the large windows allow the Mediterranean light to fill everything and the sea views to accompany every moment of the day.
The villa offers a sober and sophisticated decoration, carefully designed down to the smallest detail to guarantee comfort and well-being. In addition, from the villa itself you can access the beach directly through an exclusive path. Once there, you will find a beach club where you can enjoy sun loungers, umbrellas and a relaxed atmosphere by the sea from June 15 to September 15. You can also find out about nautical activities such as jet ski rental, paddle surf and more activities, as well as catamaran excursions to discover the bay of La Herradura and small coves accessible only by sea. MAIN FLOOR
The main floor consists of a large open space where the living room, kitchen and a comfortable work area are integrated. Its large windows allow abundant natural light to enter and open directly onto the terrace with heated infinity pool, creating a fluid connection between interior and exterior.
