APARTMENT IN THE HEIGHTS OF GRACIA (GUELL PARK 300m) Apartment of 60m2, including two bedrooms of 12 m2, an American kitchen living room of 25 m2, a bathroom and an interior "Patio" (Winter Garden) of 9 m2 (Enough to smoke outside outside the apartment )… Having many families with young children, I prefer non-smoking apartments, for the well-being and health of all! This apartment is fully equipped, 42 inch LED TV, DVD player, French and foreign channels, two satellite dishes. A 15 inch laptop is available. As well as a stereo CD / Radio / Ipod player, wifi internet at speed and landline phone (unlimited free call on landline in national and call reception for abroad) a sofa bed (2 people), dining table ( 4/6 people) and storage furniture. This apartment is also equipped with central heating. Two bedrooms each equipped with new and quality bedding (150X200), bedside tables, desk and wardrobe, alarm clock, 4 ceiling fans. A fully equipped kitchen, electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, coffee machine and percolator, toaster, kettle, food processor, washing machine (6kg). As well as all kitchen utensils. (cook's word)! A bathroom with hydro massage bath, toilet, bidet, sink, cupboards. This district is above all residential, Calm Olympian, and secure! (I live next door, trust me). Nevertheless you have a mini market 50 meters away and Bars, cafes, tapas 75 meters away. At 200 meters you are on Vallcarca avenue so many shops. The metro green line (L3) is at your disposal (300m). Lesseps or Vallcarca (4 stations from Paseo de Gracia and 5 stations from Plaça Catalunya). All in 15 minutes! You also have neighborhood and city buses 200 meters from the apartment. But once again, the most interesting thing is that you access the Parc Guell directly from the apartment by escalator (7 minutes)! This entrance access is free, since September 2013 a participation of 8 € (to enter the heart of the Park is requested). The rest of the park is free. From up there you have a panoramic view of Barcelona, and of course the beauty of the park. Second most visited monument in Barcelona!
