This beautiful finca with sea views is located in the southeast, between Ses Salines and Es Llombards. From the large covered terrace of 30 sqm you can see the sunset over the sea and there is a wonderful panoramic view from Colonia Sant Jordi to Cabo Blanco.
First floor:
The quietly located and single-storey vacation home is simply and rustically furnished, there is a large living-dining room with a large dining table, adjoining kitchenette, open fireplace and another sitting area. The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (150 cm x 190 cm) and one with two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm) as well as a shower room. The finca has a cast-iron stove that heats the living area. A basic supply of firewood is provided by the owner.
Outdoor area:
The house has a pool as well as an outdoor shower and toilet. There is also a barbecue and wood-burning stove. Ses Salines can be seen in the distance as well as the Tramuntana mountains, Sant Salvador or the Castell de Santueri.
Pool:
8 m x 4 m, depth: 100 cm - 170 cm, stair access, the pool is cleaned with an osmosis process and no longer with chlorine.
Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 1 pm, check-out until 10 am. Arrival and departure only possible on Saturdays. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings under the minimum stay.
Additional costs:
There is no deposit. The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night). Plus air conditioning: 8 euros per bedroom, for use in the entire house: 24 euros, payable on site to the landlord. Basic equipment of 50 kg firewood included in the price in the months November - April. The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site.
