About this accommodation
This newly built country house in the typical finca style with 140 m2 of living space and a 10 x 4 meter pool is detached on a 14,300 m2 plot of land in absolute peace and amidst the pristine landscape north of the villages of Petra and Ariany. Access is straightforward. The bright and modern building is completely on one level and offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of which are en suite. All bedrooms have air conditioning (included in the price).
The accommodation
In the front area of the house there is an open and fully equipped kitchen, which is followed by a spacious dining area.The finca is stocked with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. From the living area with the large comfortable sofa you can access the shaded terraces through the large glazed sliding doors. There is outdoor furniture and 6 sun loungers available. From there you can enjoy the unobstructed panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. There is also an outdoor dining area with 6 seats on the terrace. An electric grill plate (plancha) is available for grilling. In front of the terraces there is the 10 meter long and 4 meter wide pool, the depth of which is up to 1.60 meters.
The perfect location and good infrastructure in the center of the island make day trips in all directions comfortable and easy without a lot of travel time. The village of Petra is only about 5 minutes' drive from the house and offers a complete infrastructure such as numerous bars, restaurants and shopping opportunities.
The holiday accommodation booked is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).
