In front of the kitchen is a wonderfully spacious and open-plan dining area under the shelter of a large tree, equipped with high-quality outdoor furniture. A few nostalgic-looking metal chairs lean against the wall, fulfilling more than a purely decorative purpose. From here, a few steps lead down to the cool infinity pool with wrap-around sun terrace. In addition to comfortable sun loungers and shades, there is also a chilled lounge area here with simple white chairs and a bench, all furnished with soft petrol-coloured seat cushions. The guest bathroom with WC and washbasin close to the pool is also a practical touch. The fact that this is a kind of semi-detached house does not in any way detract from the privacy of your holiday.
Having taken a stroll for a closer look at the natural garden and convivial outdoor area, you cannot fail to notice that the interior design has achieved an extremely coherent blend of Mallorcan tradition and urban design style. The wide, fully-equipped kitchen with its wooden cabinets leaves nothing to be desired when it comes to putting your self-catering plans into action. Light rooms and tasteful design features, such as antique canopied beds create a superbly stimulating symbiosis for our guests. The four double rooms offer either a king size bed 1.5 m wide, or two twin beds, each 0.90 m wide. All bedrooms come furnished with wall-mounted LCD TV. Whether traveling as two families or a group of friends, having four bathrooms will be particularly convenient. Only the ground floor bathroom is not en-suite can be used throughout the day as a guest toilet. All remaining three bathrooms are en-suite, offering much freedom due to their well-appointed fixtures and fittings.
A drive to the medieval town of Artà takes just five minutes. In addition to the small supermarkets and a fresh produce market, the weekly market on Tuesdays in the Placa del Conquerodor and the market hall is a perfect place to buy aromatic fruit and vegetables.
