Villa Florit is one of the most characterful villas in our program. The house has been recently renovated and has been converted into a charming home. The interior combines totally traditional styles with modern ones, such as wooden beams, stone floors and ceramic tiles. The decor reflects the real character of this old farmhouse. From the outside patio, the glazed front door gives access to a large hall, where a stone arch leads to the beautiful living room with stone floor and indirect lighting that gives it a warm and cozy atmosphere. The kitchen (with access to the outside of the house, and fully equipped with stainless steel units, a gas hob, electric oven, microwave and a fridge-freezer) is separated by a large glass wall. On the first floor there is also a toilet and a laundry room. Part of this area of the house is currently being renovated and extended, and will have 2 double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms each, and a large outdoor backyard. A staircase leads up to the bedrooms. Currently there are three bedrooms. One of them consists of a hall, shower en-suite, and a mezzanine with a double bed. The other two bedrooms are two doubles with en-suite bathrooms. All rooms have air conditioning. The exterior offers peace and tranquility. A barrier allows the entrance to the pool area to be fenced off, increasing safety for the little ones. The pool is surrounded by wooden decking and is equipped with a garden area with lawn, ideal for rest and relaxation. The exterior of the house is completed by a beautiful covered terrace with a practical barbecue, ideal for those who love outdoor cooking in a totally rural environment.
