If you are looking for a comfortable, modern and spacious villa for your family and friends to enjoy your holiday, with peace, a practical view and an ideal location for a day out, this is the place for you! With stunning views of Lake La Viñuela and just a short walk from several bars / restaurants and the picturesque village of Los Romanes, this beautiful villa is just 20 minutes from the coast on an excellent road, and within 10 minutes of several pretty villages, and plenty of bars and restaurants dotted around the surrounding countryside.
The house is easily accessible along easy to drive asphalt roads and has ample street parking in front of the house and nearby. The house has an enclosed private garden with stairs to the large terraces. There is an entrance hall with shower room on one side and leads to a large kitchen with a breakfast table, and a spacious living and dining room with a dining table for 6 people. In this room there is a wood burner for the winter months. Double doors lead to a veranda and further doors lead to the large open terrace with a beautiful panoramic view of the lake and mountains.
A staircase from the living room leads to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedroom has a double bed, a private bathroom with shower and French doors to the lower terrace. There is a second bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds. The family bathroom, also on this level, has a bath with handheld shower.
From the lower level are doors to the terrace (also accessible from the upper terrace directly via a short driveway and a few steps too). The lower terrace leads to the pool, a beautiful triangular pool with nothing but landscape all around. There is also a seating area and BBQ area.
The terraces offer plenty of space for sunbathing and enjoying the outdoors, and the veranda provides welcome warmth if you are visiting outside the summer season.
