LARGE LOUNGE with seating for 10 people, fireplace, two windows and French doors to terrace, pool, garden. Good size Bathroom with walk in shower, bidet, wash hand basin, w.c next to the MAIN BEDROOM with Large double bed, fitted wardrobes, French doors to terrace, pool and gardens.

We are well placed for the quiet Old Town, harbour and Playa Chica Beach, or for more action the bustling Avenida and Playa Grande Beach both about 1.5 km walk away.
