This small, rustic house is located in the coastal village of Cala Murada, the apartment on the ground floor is rented out. The beautiful sandy beaches of Cala Murada, surrounded by palm trees, are only a few minutes' walk away.
Layout:
The apartment on the first floor has a living space of 70 sqm and has a small living room with fireplace, a spacious kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has a double bed (180 cm x 190 cm), the other has two single beds (each 90 cm x 190 cm).
The house has two apartments with separate entrances. The apartment on the second floor is used by the very friendly Mallorcan owners, who are always careful to ensure the peace and privacy of their guests. The connecting door between the apartments is locked and the garden is for the exclusive use of the guests. The house has a fan in all bedrooms, which functions as both heating and air conditioning.
Outdoor area:
The property is 1500 square meters in size. There is a large, covered terrace with outdoor seating. There are also further seating areas in the garden with palm trees that provide shade in summer. There is a round, free-standing swimming pool in the garden. Two mountain bikes are available for guests to use free of charge.
Pool:
Diameter 5 m x 5 m, depth: 150 cm, ladder entry.
Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am. Luggage can be deposited from 10 am on the day of arrival. The minimum stay is 7 nights.
Additional costs:
