The house is all on one level, furnished and decorated in the traditional Majorcan style with whitewashed walls and light-coloured tiled floors giving it a bright demeanour. There is a fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, breakfast bar and breakfast table. A comfortable lounge/dining area with a fireplace, satellite TV, DVD and CD player which gives access to a pretty garden terrace. There are three bedrooms with air-conditioning, a twin bedroom with a new en-suite shower room and a double plus a further twin that share a full bathroom. The third bathroom is accessed from the outside, a modern exterior shower room and toilet. Outside, you will also find a large covered and furnished terrace, a built-in barbecue for meals al fresco and an inviting swimming pool surrounded by a lawn edged with trees and shrubs. A very private and pretty garden from where to enjoy the outside lifestyle.
