Villa Marina is located nice and quietly in the middle of a 7,000 m2 property in the Marina area, near the Golf Pollensa. This typical stone villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with palm trees and other typical autochton plants and has a wonderful view of the rural landscape.A country road leads to the entrance gate of the country house with a short driveway to the country house. In the well-kept garden there is the 10 x 5 m2 pool with eight sun loungers and a parasol. The covered terraces and sun terraces are fully equipped with garden tables and chairs (terrace on the main house), as well as a rustic table and wooden benches (terrace on the grill house). These covered and sun terraces on different levels inmidst a well grown garden make the outdoor space of this house quite unique.A rustic wooden door leads into the entrance hall. The sleeping area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them in suite is situated in the left wing of the villa. The fourth bedroom with shower room is apart in the annex by the pool / barbecue area. Villa Marina offers a spacious living area: the living room with a comfortable sofa and two armchairs, the fully equipped kitchen with its own dining area with a white colored solid wood table and seating for up to eight people. From the living and dining area you step out to the covered terrace with another solid wood table and seating for up to eight people. In front of the covered terrace there is the large sun terrace with a ping pong table. We continue over a few steps to the pool with eight sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The barbecu area next to the pool offers another small covered terrace with a solid wood table with two benches, that invites you to enjoy a cozy barbecue by the pool. Only on request: additional bedroom and shower room in the annex, it is a simpler than the areas in the main building.All bedrooms have air conditioning, there is no air conditioning in the living area, two mobile fans are available.You also want to stay up-to-date while on holiday, the Villa Marina has wireless internet access and satellite TV (Astra Sat).General aspects | One of the nicest things about the houses in the South is simply that you can spend hours outdoors.
