Set in beautiful gardens, this modern vacation home is located just a few minutes from the sandy beach of Cala Murada. It is particularly suitable for couples and families. The neighboring house Can Lluis can also be booked via Finca Mallorca.
Layout:
The single-storey house has 120 square meters of living space. There is a very well-equipped, large kitchen with a dining area and access to the terrace and garden. It leads into the spacious living room with sofa corner and fireplace. There is also a desk here, a cozy workplace for the home office. Everything is flooded with light, bright and friendly. The furnishings are high-quality and tasteful. The bedrooms are spacious, one of which has its own en-suite bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), the other has two single beds (100 cm x 200 cm). Insect screens are installed in the bathrooms and on one living room window.
Outdoor area:
The well-kept garden of 800 square meters with lawn is ideal for children. From the beautiful terrace with seating you have a good view of your own pool. From December 2023, there will be a second small terrace in front of the house where you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the sun in the morning hours.
Pool:
4 m x 8 m, depth: 160 cm - 200 cm, stair access. The pool contains natural salt water and is usually cleaned without any chlorine (except in very hot weather). The pool is for exclusive use.
Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. Luggage can be deposited from 10 am on the day of arrival. The minimum stay is 7 nights. In June, July and September no day should be left between bookings. The house can also be rented long-term (from one month) in the winter months November - March, monthly rates on request.
Additional costs:
There is no deposit. The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night). The heating and air conditioning are billed via the electricity and must be paid separately.
Cleaning:
Incl. final cleaning, intermediate cleaning incl. for stays of 14 days or more. Bed linen change incl. for stays of 10 days or more.
