Nice semi-detached house with private garden very close to the beach
Beautiful attached house with private garden, located in the residential complex El Far, only 1 km from the beach of Llafranc and 3 km from the beautiful coves of Calella de Palafrugell and Tamariu. The complex has a large communal area with garden and a fantastic swimming pool with beautiful sea views. It is located in a quiet and privileged place, very close to the famous viewpoint of El Far where you will be able to admire the wonderful views of the whole coast.
The house has a surface of 200 m2 distributed in three floors.
The lower level consists of living room and dining room with exit to a pleasant garden with porch, ideal to spend fantastic moments enjoying the summer. On this same floor we also find the fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a bed, a bathroom with bathtub and a toilet.
The entrance to the house is on the first floor, where we find a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds, both with access to a nice terrace. It has also one bedroom with two beds and two bathrooms with bathtub.
On the upper level there is a large room with a single bed.
The house has a large parking space, which communicates directly with the house, through some stairs.

THE FAR DE ST. SEBASTIÀ is located 170 m above sea level, between the beaches of Llafranc and Tamariu. It forms part of the Monumental Site of Sant Sebastià de la Guarda, together with the medieval defense tower and the remains of a restored Iberian settlement. From its viewpoint you can enjoy one of the best panoramic views of the Costa Brava, with 180º visibility on both sides. The Far de Sant Sebastià is a good starting point from which to follow the coastal path from Llafranc to Calella, or in the direction to Tamariu, passing through the charming Cala Pedrosa.
