This spacious finca, surrounded by trees, is located near the village of Cas Concos and not far from Felanitx on the south-east coast of Mallorca. The idyllic sandy bays of the south coast can be reached quickly from here.
First floor:
On the first floor of the finca there is a large, beautifully furnished living/dining room with a dining table and an adjoining kitchen. There is also a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm - 190 cm each), a bathroom with bathtub and a utility room.
Second floor:
There are three bedrooms here, two with two single beds each (90 cm x 190 cm) and the third with a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm) as well as two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, the other with a shower. There are also two living rooms with cozy sitting areas and TV. One of the living rooms has direct access to the furnished balcony.
There is air conditioning in all bedrooms, which is activated overnight from 9 pm to 9 am by a timer. Additional hours can be paid for on site if required.
Outdoor area:
The many wild olive and almond trees are particularly beautiful on this finca. There are idyllic views from every part of the garden. The pool area is elevated and surrounded by a railing. There is a terrace with a dining table, right next to it is a brick barbecue for cozy BBQ evenings.
Pool:
8 m x 4 m, depth: 120 cm - 170 cm, stair access, cleaning with chlorine.
Arrival and minimum stay:
In July and August, arrivals and departures are only possible on Saturdays. Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. Luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on the day of arrival. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings of less than the minimum stay.
Additional costs:
There is no deposit. The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night). The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site. Further information on the amount can be found at: ( More information on tourist tax ).
Cleaning:
Incl. final cleaning. Towels/bed linen for change are provided in the house for stays of 10 days or more.
