Villa Cases de Son Roig has a green landscape with lots of charm, this designed and cared for corner by our beloved owner Rafel.
The large swimming pool that the villa has will delight you, the salt water makes the pool even more special. Thanks to the great location of the terrace you will have many hours of sunshine on it, if you want to dry the water drops here you can do it and enjoy the warm Mallorca sun. The villa has a large pergola on the terrace that you can eat in the shade or play board games with your family or friends.
When the sun goes down, it’s time for the barbecue, you can make some exquisite delicacies on the terrace.
The interior of the house will not disappoint you at any time, upon entering you will appreciate the Mallorcan character and the warm and bright atmosphere of the villa, the living room and the dining room have a large sitting table where you can eat and make on the table with a good Can Coleto wine in the villa.
Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor of the villa, we will also find a full bathroom, the other bedrooms are located on the first floor, here we will see a small living room that we can be on the sofa watching the Beach screen TV. On the top floor of the house we will continue to breathe the Mallorcan atmosphere of the villa, thanks to its natural stone walls. The bedrooms have a large double bed.
