This wonderful villa is ideal if you are travelling with family or friends. You will be able to enjoy the outdoor area sunbathing on the sun loungers, taking a dip or preparing a delicious barbecue while enjoying it on the porch. The swimming pool is chlorinated and has dimensions of 7x4m and a depth that varies between 1.10m and 2.20m. You can also cool off in the outdoor shower. The property has neighbours nearby, so there is partial privacy, although it is fully fenced.
The interior has two floors. On the main floor, you will find an open room with the living-dining room and the kitchen. In this area you can relax on the large sofa while enjoying a film on the DVD player, listening to music, or simply watching satellite TV. It is equipped for all seasons of the year, as it has a wood-burning cooker and also an AC so that whatever the month in which you stay you will be comfortable. The kitchen, with ceramic hob, has all the necessary utensils so that you can cook comfortably and feel at home. You can also access the balcony to enjoy the views or chat with your companions while watching the stars. On the same floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the lower floor, there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as another bathroom with shower. All rooms have AC and wardrobe. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.
The house is located 700 metres from Cala Santanyí, a beautiful and picturesque beach with crystal clear water and fine sand. It is crescent-shaped and surrounded by cliffs covered with vegetation. Its natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere make it a perfect refuge to relax and enjoy. Along the coast, you will find small coves and sea caves that can be explored by kayak. You can also go to Cala Mondragó, Cala Llombards or Cala Figuera and enjoy paddle surfing or snorkelling to discover the marine life. In addition to its beaches, you can also visit Santanyí or Manacor, two villages close to the area to stroll around the weekly market, its streets and enjoy the Mallorcan gastronomy. If you want to have a drink at night, go to Cala D'Or, you won't be disappointed.
