Positive: location perfect for us ,plenty of space for 2 families with teenage children and grandad great beaches within short driving distance lovely roof terrace with 360 degree views of the town and harbour upstairs sitting room became the childrens province

Negative: rules on refuse and its collection caused us some difficulty

Summary: had a great 4 day stay and the house more than lived up to our expectations
