Set across four levels and surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds, this spacious first class property is furnished and maintained to the highest standard throughout.
Step outside to the open outdoor area with sun loungers and a shaded terrace furnished for comfort – perfect for unwinding, sunbathing or outdoor dining using the BBQ. Artificial grass and elegant nighttime lighting enhance this peaceful and private setting.
Entering the ground floor interior, you will be immediately struck by the space of the open plan living and kitchen area with incoming natural light from two sets of patio doors that open out to the huge gardens & private pool. The centered kitchen island features seating for up to 10 guests, offering both comfort and style. The state of the art kitchen designed in chrome and dark wood, boasts all essential appliances for home cooked meals. Also on the ground floor are Bedrooms 4, 5 and a stylish family bathroom.
Moving onto the 1st floor, you will find Bedroom 1 which is the largest bedroom in the house and has huge patio doors leading out onto its own private terrace with views of the pool and gardens. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are also situated on the 1st floor, one with an en suite and a separate shower room. On the 2nd floor, a large roof-top terrace with sun loungers and table and chairs await! It’s the perfect place to soak up the afternoon sun, enjoy drinks or an evening meal with breathtaking sea views in the background.
On the lower level, you’ll find a laundry room with a private underground space for at least 2 vehicles. A safe and an advanced alarm system are provided for extra security.
