Enjoy the spectacular cliffs, boats in the aquamarine water of the bay and a real dream beach - Cala Pi will inspire you! Your holiday in a safe and private environment. Cala Pi is the ideal place for those who are looking for peace and want to enjoy nature.
This dream villa could soon become the domicile for your unforgettable vacation. Due to the orientation of the house to the west, you will experience yachts anchoring in the bay during the day, people swimming and snorkeling and the beach visitors 15 meters below you on the beach. In the evening you can enjoy the magical sunset with a glass of wine on one of the 5 terraces/balconies above the bay of Cala Pi, later fall asleep to the sound of the sea and experience the turquoise sparkling water of the waking bay the next morning.
The location across from the undeveloped bay side is perfect. It is only 20 meters to the steps down to the beach and only 50 meters to the bakery and the small supermarket in the center of Cala Pi.
The 165 m² villa is a Mallorcan-style semi-detached house and is located on a 570 m² plot of land directly on the 15-metre-high cliff in the first third of the bay. You will be mesmerized by the wonderful view of the bay and the beach. Access to the beach is 20 meters from the house.
We bought and extensively renovated the villa CASA AGUAMARINA in 2022 and will be offering it for holiday rental from January 2023. During the conversion, we consistently paid attention to the highest quality, comfort and modern technology. In order to be able to use the house all year round, it is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, as well as an open fireplace and a heated whirlpool.
The villa is equipped with fast fiber optic internet access, which is available free of charge for your mobile devices, music and SMART TV. You also have mobile phone reception in the CASA AGUAMARINA.
You can conveniently park your car in our own parking lot on the property and charge it directly with our e-charging station.
The house has 3 terraces with a bay view of the aquamarine sea water and a Mediterranean garden with many palm trees. The terraces come about because the villa is situated on the cliff with a slope. Each terrace overlooks the other. The garden slopes down in terraces. A 120 cm wide staircase connects the terraces. There are also 2 balconies.
The lowest wellness terrace is located directly on the cliff and offers you a spectacular view of the water and the beach. Here you have another seat to chill out. There is also a relaxing heated whirlpool for up to 6 people. With every guest change, we fill it up with fresh water for you!
CASA AGUAMARINA has 2 floors:
On the ground floor is the house entrance 4 meters from the parking lot, a hallway, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, the fully equipped open kitchen with connection to the open dining and living room with open fireplace and a large SMART TV and a guest toilet. We receive German channels via satellite. All your own channels are available for streaming via SMART TV and 600 Gbit fiber optic internet. A mobile SONOS sound system with battery connects your mobile phone and plays your own music.
A safe for your valuables as well as an alarm system and fire alarm give you security.
On the upper floor there is a spacious hallway with a bathroom for 2 bedrooms. Furthermore, a master bedroom with walk-in closet and bathroom en suite as well as a bay view terrace.
Cook in a fine kitchen and still be the center of attention with your family and friends thanks to the open room design. There is filtered drinking water for you at a tap in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. In addition to a dishwasher, stove, extractor hood, oven, microwave and refrigerator, you will find a Nespresso machine and cooking utensils. Crockery and glasses are available in sufficient quantity.
In the morning you can easily get fresh baguettes and croissants in the supermarket with bakery 50 meters away.
The utility room with washing machine and integrated tumble dryer, sink, drying rack and ironing board with iron is at your disposal. Incidentally, all detergents and cleaning products are included in your stay.
The bright dining room with a large dining table and 6 comfortable chairs is easily accessible from the kitchen.
In the living room there is a large, cozy sofa with SMART TV and an open fireplace for long evenings playing games. A collection of games is in the dresser under the TV. In the colder seasons we always provide our guests with firewood.
Bedroom:
All 3 bedrooms have 180x200 cm double beds, windows with blackout shutters and curtains, built-in wardrobes, bedside tables, mirrors, safe, whisper ceiling fan and hot/cold air conditioning as well as SMART TV and WiFi reception.
The tropical garden will delight you. It is set in stone and is automatically watered in the evening. If desired, integrated garden lighting lets the garden shine green in the evening.
The outdoor shower with hot and cold water provides cooling next to the sea and whirlpool and is located on the sun lounger terrace.
jacuzzi:
The bubbling experience in the whirlpool has to be experienced! Pure wellness for up to 6 people. Various air and water jets for massaging different parts of the body as well as colorful underwater lighting for long evenings allow you to relax.
The whirlpool can be electrically heated up to 39 degrees during the colder months.
We can do without chemicals almost all year round, since the water is completely exchanged for new water after each guest change. Please understand that the whirlpool may not have reached the desired temperature when you arrive in the winter months.
We generate almost all of the electricity for the heating ourselves with our photovoltaic system on the roof.
Beach and Bay:
The beach of Cala Pi is a natural beach that slopes gently into the water. You can walk about 100 meters into the water until you no longer feel the bottom. In the summer months it is guarded by sea rescuers.
You can reach the beach quickly on foot: just walk 20 meters up the street and then go down the steps to the beach. Attention, the port facility is very slippery in the area of the ramps! The swimming area is marked by yellow buoys in summer.
Take your time and walk along the opposite side of the bay to the neighboring bay. You will experience unforgettable magical views as far as the Cabrera Islands.
Snorkeling:
The underwater world is unique, we recommend that you bring diving goggles with you. It's worth saying "hello" to the fish, octopuses, starfish, anemones and crabs, especially in the morning around 11 a.m. when the underwater visibility is clear. If you're lucky, you might even see rays, moray eels and seahorses.
The neighboring bay of Cala Beltran:
The bay of Cala Pi is only developed on the left bank, because the right bank is a nature reserve. A 15-minute walk (stairs at the end of the fishermen's cottages) takes you to the unspoilt neighboring bay of Cala Beltran.
With luck, a Mallorcan tortoise will crawl across your path!
Long sandy beach:
The famous and most beautiful beach of Mallorca Es' Trenc is 10 km long and only 20 minutes away by car. It invites you to swim and go for a walk and will remind you more of the Caribbean. Also located on Es'Trenc is Colonia Sant Jordi. Day trip boats leave from the port to visit the Blue Grotto on the sheltered islands of Cabrera.
Restaurants:
Our house is located in the heart of the village of Cala Pi. There are four family-run restaurants, two pizzerias and a night bar.

For your arrival we have prepared the following for you:

• Garbage bags in 2 sizes for kitchen and bathroom

• Propane gas bottle for grilling
• There is also free drinking water in the house. The filtered drinking water can be found at the small tap in the kitchen.
At the hotel 50 meters next door, you will find a small supermarket. But it is better to do large purchases in the Mercadonna in Puigderrós (Carrer de la Falzia, 8, 07609 Llucmajor) on the Badia Blava or in Campos in the Lidl, Aldi, Müller.
The Mercadonna in Puigderrós is halfway from the airport to the house.
Water:
You don't have to buy drinking water!
The water quality in Cala Pi is very good, but we have installed a tap with drinking water for you in the kitchen at the sink. When you press this, filtered osmosis drinking water comes out of a separate line.
