Elegant detached finca in the middle of a beautiful landscape with marvellous sea views. The house is only five minutes from Porto Cristo on the east side of the island and about 15 minutes from the bustling town of Manacor, perfectly located close to restaurants, shops and beautiful beaches.
Situated on a sunny plot of 40,000 m2 with direct sea views of Porto Cristo, the house is surrounded by extensive lawns, Mediterranean plants, palm trees, various fruit trees and evergreen shrubs. There is a large outdoor area with a huge swimming pool that invites you to swim at any time (it can be heated in the colder months), as well as three yoga areas. For golf enthusiasts, there is also a free chipping/putting green in the grounds.
The villa has eight bedrooms on two floors, all of which are air-conditioned. They are tastefully furnished and very spacious, each with its own bathroom, modern TV, hi-fi system and large, comfortable beds. The bathrooms are equipped with double washbasins and glass shower cubicles.
The living room is characterised by its simple elegance and spaciousness. A large oak table is the perfect place to celebrate or for a cosy get-together with the family or a group. There is also a library with classically designed armchairs to browse through the large collection of books. It is a cheerful place to spend the holidays with family and friends, but also to enjoy quiet moments.
