Beautiful villa with typical Mallorcan construction. This house is located 3 km from the beautiful town of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar. Located between the hills of eastern Mallorca, this property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room divided into two floors.
On the first floor, upon entering we will find the living room. Living room with rustic wooden beams on the ceiling, wood stove as well as air conditioning. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and kitchen utensils; dining table etc Next, 2 bedrooms with single beds and 1 full bathroom. On the second floor is the master, a room with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has a view of the pool and garden with fruit trees.
The villa can accommodate a total of 6 people on 2 floors. The outdoor area is the highlight and offers a relaxing holiday with a spacious pool, a large partially covered terrace
with seats and sun loungers, a barbecue, as well as a fantastic view of the landscape.
