Positive: It is a beautiful, impressive, historic villa. It is a short walk to the main square in Soller. It is the perfect residence for relaxation. There is minor traffic noise during the night for the two bedrooms facing the road- a narrow one way street. We still slept well.

Negative: The parking wasn’t made clear in the description. There is a designated space in a small multi-storey at €20 per day with a 5-6 minute walk. There is free parking with a 10-12 minute walk. The Eroski supermarket is a 12-14 minute walk away. There is very little substantial grocery shopping in the town. The villa was perfect for us as we’re reasonably fit. I could only find two faults - a cracked lavatory seat on the first floor and a sticking door to the patio. None of this put us off and we would re-book in the future.

Summary: A grand villa, perfect for relaxation.
