Positive: Great floor plan and spacious garden. Lots of space in the house since we were just a family of five. Hot tub next to the large swimming pool was nice since the pool water was quite chilly in mid-October. Kids loved to play table tennis as well. Quiet neighbourhood. The nearest grocery store is very conveniently just two blocks away.

Negative: In some parts it was evident that the house is not new any more, but nothing that bothered too much. The sprinkler system watering the lawn made an annoying noise in the middle of the night since the water pipes banged each time the pump stopped after its 15-second cycle. Distance to the beach and restaurants of Port de Pollenca is 15-20 min walk which made us most often take the car instead of walking.

Summary: Nice big house, looking forward to coming back next time
