This amazing villa with private pool is located in Son Bielo, a quiet urbanisation near Sa Rapita in the south of Mallorca and welcomes 4 people.
The house features a private, 6m x 3m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.2m and 1.7m. There are two sun loungers where to relax and bask in the sun. The furnished poolside-porch is just perfect for a barbecue with friends. Another porch with street views is equipped with a small table and chairs. The upper terrace has wonderful sea views and gives access to a bedroom. This lovely house is fenced, has direct neighbours and is about 50 metres from the sea.
The sitting-dining room with A/C and satellite-TV invites you to spend a evening with your family. The fully-equipped kitchen has a modern induction hob. There's a laundry with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The ground floor has a shower bath. Upstairs, you'll find one bedroom with double bed and one with two twin beds, both with A/C and wardrobe, as well as one bath with bath tub and bidet. We gladly supply one cot and one high chair if necessary.
This property is set in Son Bieló, a quiet urbanisation in the south of Mallorca and near lots of dreamlike beaches. Es Trenc and Sa Rapita are fine grained sand beaches with crystal clear waters. The lighthouse of Estalella is a nice idea for a trip. By car you could go to the fishing town of Colonia de Sant Jordi, where you can eat fresh fish and seafood, visit the Aquarium or the nice harbour. During the summer you can make a nice boat trip to the island of Cabrera, a nature reserve and home of different species of lizards.
