In a wonderful and quiet spot, this breathtaking house facing the sea in Son Serra de Marina becomes the perfect destination for the holidays of 7 people. It has an indoor pool, a fabulous front terrace with beautiful views of the Mediterranean, and a large patio with a barbecue.

Here you can cool off after a morning at the beach, in the 11 x 4 meters of water, with a depth of 1.5 meters.

It's equipped with induction cooker. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the kitchen. A bathroom with shower completes the ground floor. On the first floor we have the 4 bedrooms, all with double bed and air conditioning. All them have an en suite bathroom, 3 of them with a shower and one with a bathtub. One of the bedrooms also has a great living area from where you can continue to admire the views. The house has oil central heating for the winter months and there is a cot and high chair available.
Son Serra de Marina is a very quiet and family destination, so your rest is guaranteed. There are some supermarkets and restaurants here and you will find a wider range of services and a great summer atmosphere in the nearby Can Picafort . The beach of sand, rocks and Posidonia with shallow waters in Son Serra is ideal for the little ones in the house.
