Big rustic villa of 200 square meter living space and several terraces to enjoy fantastic views of the sea and sunsets. The entrance of the villa is on street level, coming into a hallway with guest bathroom. The main lounge and living areas are open plan and all great sizes. A fantastic view awaits you on the first of three terraces.
On the lower level you will find four large bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms additional a third shared bathroom on this floor. The two front bedrooms have access to the second balcony and enjoying also great seaviews
A few further steps from the intermediate terrace take you down to the private swimming pool and terrace, which also has a built-in BBQ. The pool has great size of 5x10m from 1m up to 2m depth.
A great base to explore the island, also very centrally located in Son Bou, with the longest beach of menorca.
