The house is for 10 guests and has been lovingly restored to create a home that's full of traditional charm with all modern amenities including air-conditioning throughout. The interiors are spacious with feature stone floors, terracotta tiles, wooden beams and furnishings that reflect the real character of the property. On the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall, a dining area, a modern style fully equipped kitchen and a lovely lounge with satellite TV, DVD, free internet connection WiF and doors out to a rear courtyard. This floor has been extended to include 2 brand new double bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms. Stairs lead up to 3 further bedrooms, there is a private room with a comfortable seating area, an en-suite shower room and a mezzanine with a double bed plus two twin bedrooms with an en suite bathroom each. The house is accessed via a country lane to an enclosed garden with a lovely cobblestone courtyard, a small lawn area and a child-friendly private pool as this can be gated on request. Terraces with wooden floors surround the pool and are furnished with loungers, perfect for lazy days under the sun and for lovers of meals alfresco there is a lovely covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen area, brick-built barbecue, dining and lounge furniture. Finca Belicia offers a peaceful retreat for relaxing holidays in a delightful farmhouse and is ideal for families who want to escape the main tourist areas and discover authentic rural Mallorca!
