3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (both with showers only, no baths) villa spread over 2 floors, with private swimming pool. This three bedroom, two bathroom private villa is situated in a quiet residential street and has private parking for up to 3 cars. Only a 15 minute walk to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the beach. The villa has a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. There is a washing machine provided.
As well as a balcony off the lounge the property has a private gated garden with salt water PH controlled swimming pool and large patio/terrace equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs and a BBQ. The villa has air conditioning / heating in the bedrooms and the lounge. Perfect for families and couples of all ages.
This property is also pet friendly, additional charge applies.
Wifi and a smart TV are provided.
As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metres are estimates.

Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).
A €40 booking fee is payable on each booking.
Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €15 for a 1 bedroom property, €30 for a 2 bedroom property and €45 for a 3 bedroom property.
Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. For these discounted bookings, electricity usage is charged on top. The electricity payment will be charged per day and is payable in advance along with your balance.
Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
