The whole apartment is only for our guests. The pool and garden are communal.

The ground floor is part of a complex in Son Bauló, a quiet and familiar neighborhood of Can Picafort. On the beach you can rent sun beds and umbrellas, or take a walk on the seafront with many restaurants and bars. There are many dream beaches in the north; among them Playa de Muro, Puerto de Alcúdia or Playa de Formentor. In winter, the area is ideal for hiking and cycling or playing golf in Alcanada. Supermarkets, restaurants, shops and the bus station are nearby.
A car is not necessary.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist fee, called Ecotasa, which must be paid for each guest from 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. As of the ninth night, this amount is reduced by half.
