This spacious villa is superbly located near numerous supermarkets, bars, restaurants, parks and entertainment, (including Tivoli World amusement park in 3 mins walking) yet secluded and secure. It offers 3 levels with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, a private swimming pool with a large garden perfect for BBQ. You will like the fantastic pool and sea views from the lounge terrace.

Entering through the main door you will find yourself on the main floor with a bright fully equipped kitchen, a dining area that seats 6 and a living room with flat-screen TV and chimney. From the living room, you can get to the generous size terrace with covered lounge area. Relax there having a glass of wine or a meal with your friends and family and enjoying the fantastic pool and sea views.
The guests` toilet is also available on this floor.

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, large wardrobe, pool views from the windows, and free space where you can start your day with some morning exercises enjoying the tranquility and the sunlight. The other two bedrooms offer a king-size bed and two single beds. Also, there is a shared bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms on this level are equipped with fitted wardrobes.

On the ground floor, there is an independent studio with its own fully equipped kitchen and bedroom with queen size bed. The sitting area has a sofa that opens into a bed for 1 person and a flat-screen TV. It has direct access to the swimming pool area.

Both kitchens are equipped with all necessary cutlery and plates, fridge, microwave and stove. The kitchen on the main floor also offers an oven, a dishwasher and a coffee maker. Downstairs you have a washing machine.

The swimming pool area has a dining area, sunbeds and a gazebo covered with curling ivy perfect for BBQ. The villa`s territory is very green, secluded by lush flower bushes and covered from the sun by tall trees.

The location of this villa is perfect, offering privacy and tranquility, surrounded by other villas, yet close to all amenities and entertainment.

One of the best sound beaches of Costa del Sol is in 12 min driving. Benalmadena centre is 10 min. drive away, and the train station is 20 min. walk away. There are many restaurants and a supermarkets within 10 minutes walk.

If you are travelling with children they will be delighted there, as the huge Tivoli World amusement park is only 15 min. walk away. The Selwo Marina aquarium with dolphins and the Dove´s Park with rabbits and chickens are only 6 min. drive away.

Please bear in mind that sometimes due to numerous arrivals on the same day our agents only have a half hour check in slot for every property. If you are running late for whatever reason, please call our manager to rearrange you meeting time.
